Our yoga classes for kids started in March 2015. After showing kids a few moves on the beach, we figured it was about time to introduce them to the real deal.Every week we meet a group of kids in one of the major districts in town and walk them to the studio. We practice yoga though a variety of exercises and games to get to know the postures. Afterwards we work with the postures though storytelling and practice of what we’ve learned that day. Meditation is introduced at the start and end of the class, participants are challenged to sit still and focus on the theme the instructor gives for the day.
